Webassessor(TM) is designed to make managing and analyzing your test data a breeze. Based on the philosophy that you should have access to your data anytime, any way you want it without any hassles, has lead to a test data management system that is configurable to meet your exact needs.

Customized Test Taker Web Pages

During the Webassessor(TM) implementation phase our technical account managers will work directly with you to customize what the student or Test Taker sees on your test pages. This includes such things as logos, color schemes, style guides and the actual content on the page. Our goal is to extend your brand and make the transition from your website to our online test delivery system as seamless as possible.

Customized Test Taker Account Fields

Which data is important to you? What information do you need to track for each student or Test Taker? These are the types of questions we will ask during the implementation and customization of Webassessor's(TM) powerful Test Taker database. Virtually every field can be renamed to conform to your nomenclature and a wide variety of customizable data fields are available for you to use to track and manage your Test Taker data. With your administrative controls you can even determine how much data the student can see in their online transcript.

Customized Test Taker Communications

Keeping in touch with your Test Takers can be challenging and we understand the need for easy-to-manage communications. That is why Webassessor(TM) enables you to manage routine e-mail communications with your Test Takers and customize what you say to them. This often ranges from welcome e-mails, logon instructions, resetting passwords and other useful communications.

Real Time Reporting

Webassessor's(TM) reporting functionality provides direct, real-time access to all test results and testing data anywhere you have Internet access. You no longer have to wait for someone else to create costly reports for you.

Once you have identified the information you need, you can quickly create customized reports in various levels of detail, and quickly distribute the information to the people who need that information the most.

With Webassessor(TM), you can create, access, and distribute reports including:

    Assess the effectiveness of marketing or communication programs and the volume of Test Registrations and Test Taker accounts.
  • Test Taker Demographics:
