STEP 3: BIOMETRIC ENROLLMENT & AUTHENTICATION

Depending on the security conditions of your tests, you may choose to capture biometric information from your test takers. This can include a digital photograph or a keystroke analytic profile. This data will be used prior to test launch to ensure that the person taking the test is the same person who created the test taker account or enrolled the biometric data. These simple technical techniques significantly enhance both fraud detection and deterrence.

This biometric information is stored in secure servers and can be compared against other testing sessions to ensure that the same individual has not assumed multiple identities. Stored testing session logs, including biometric information, can also be used in legal proceedings should the occasion be warranted.
